At this time I am able to offer private sessions in your home/outdoor area in the sea to sky area, online via Zoom or at a public outside location in Squamish. A studio space can be arranged at an added cost. Contact me for pricing or any other questions or concerns.
I am excited to share Foundation Training with you!
If you are new to Foundation Training (FT), duiring your first session I will go over the principles behind FT and the how and why it works. I listen to your history and goals and we work together with the FT tools to meet those goals. One session can help you on your way. I recommend 2 – 4 sessions to securely give you a grasp of the FT practice. The time between appointments varies depending on each clients needs. One week is most common. Clients tend to continue on with their own practice or sign up for the FT app as a support tool and come back to me on occasion for more targeted information.
If you are already have your own FT training practice I will review your practice with you and give insight to where improvements can be made and how to delve deeper to get the most or more out of it.
I believe that FT puts the power back to each person. I like to give YOU what you need to stay pain free and strong every day. If you want to continue to expand your FT practice I am more than happy to continue sessions. I am also happy to work with other coaches or health care providers to support your health or training journey.
