I am excited to share Foundation Training with you!
If you are new to Foundation Training (FT), during your first session I will go over the principles behind FT and the how and why it works so well. I listen to your history and goals and we work together with the FT tools to meet those goals. Having sessions in your home allows me to show you how you can apply this program to your daily lives and get the very most out of it. I have helped clients with their workstation set up, car positioning and many the other situations that have the potential to create unhealthy patterns.
One session can help you on your way. I recommend 2 – 4 sessions to give you a good grasp of a basic FT practice. The time between appointments varies depending on each clients needs. One to three weeks is common. How long we work together is dependent on your goals. Clients sometimes continue with their own practice or sign up for the FT app as a support tool and come back to me on occasion for more targeted information and adjustment. The FT streaming app can also be used in conjunction with regular private sessions with me.
If you are already have your own FT training practice I will review your practice with you and give insight to where improvements can be made and how to delve deeper to get the most or more out of it.
I believe that FT puts the power back to each person. I like to give YOU what YOU need to stay pain free and strong every day! Most clients find a point where they have the tools they need to continue on their own. Some choose to continue sessions to expand and go deeper in their FT practice. I am happy to, and encourage, working with your other coaches or health care providers to support your health or training journey.

I currently offer Private Sessions at your home/outdoor area in the Squamish area, online via Zoom or at public outdoor locations in Squamish. [If needed, a studio space or travel to a sea to sky location can be arranged at an added cost. (studio approx. $25)]
COST: $70/ 45min – [if needed: $93.60/hr, $117 /1hr15, $140.40 /1.5hr]
Current offer: Set of 4 (45min) sessions (booked after 1st) for a 5% discount = $266 (reg $280)
For the Sessions: Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. Have a space available that can fit a yoga mat. It is not necessary to have a mat but it can be helpful. I can bring one if requested. Some yoga blocks or other props may be utilized but initially this work is with the use of your own body weight and engagement.
