I relish the opportunity to dive into the principles and show you with added visual presentation just how and why Foundation Training works so well.
What is Included
My workshops are a mix of visuals, handouts, conversation and movement practice with all the tools you need to support your FT experience. Workshop content is edited according to group goals, time frame and number of participants so that individual attention is maximized. I have offered workshops from as short as one hour to up to four hours. Many agree that the added visual presentation and background knowledge enhance their practice and continued practice.

“I heard about Foundation training from my physiotherapist years ago, but only recently started attending classes. I wish I had started sooner! I am an active person, and have struggled with low back pain from previous injuries and improper movement patterns for years.
