Learn and Practice Foundation Training in a group atmosphere and decide if you need a more targeted approach. Group classes are a great way to affordably experience Foundation Training.
Public group classes are ‘All Levels’ at this time. Each participant is adjusted individually throughout the class.
*Group class sizes may vary but are most often limited. My goal is to provide the best quality experience and ensure everyone is moving safely and well informed.*
I also offer privately booked small group sessions in an outdoor area, in your own appropriately sized space or a rented studio. Contact me for a quote!
Quick fix classes are as short as 30 min. They are a perfect quick fix inserted into your groups day. I typically recommend 45min as a good amount of class time. For a workshop type Fundamentals overview class I recommend 1hr-1.5hrs.
If you are feeling uncomfortable with the group class setting than a private session might be more of what you are looking for.
