Learn and Practice Foundation Training in a group atmosphere and decide if you need a more targeted approach. Group classes are a great way to affordably experience Foundation Training.
Public group classes are ‘All Levels’ at this time. FT can be adjusted individually.
I also offer privately booked small group sessions in an outside space, in your own appropriately sized space or a studio space.
*Group classes are capped at a reasonable number in order to ensure I can keep everyone moving safely and well informed.*
Quick fix classes are as short as 30 min. They are a perfect quick fix inserted into your groups day. I typically recommend 45min as a good amount of class time.
If you are feeling uncomfortable with the group class setting than a private session might be more of what you are looking for.
