These 45min classes will reset your body and teach you the skills you can access to do it! You will gain confidence in your ability to overcome movement limitations and body pain so you can achieve a higher level of pain free performance in both daily activities and athletics. ~Complimentary Mandatory 15min “Intro Talk” before class if it is your first time!~
CLASS SIZES WILL BE LIMITED in order to ensure I can keep everyone moving safely and well informed.
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and close fitting or bare at the knee so that I can see knee position. Bring layers and a yoga mat and water. (mats available if needed)
