FT Squamish Summer Update


As you may have heard already….with longer days and warmer weather upon us the FT public drop in classes in Squamish are going to be changing. I will be focusing more on workshops, private sessions and sporting groups and events!

First change will be starting in June….there will no longer be a Saturday morning class at Club Flex (aiming to bring it back in September at 845am)
Something to consider…if you have a group of 4 or more why not arrange a class or short set of classes on your preferred dates and times? Contact me to discuss.
I may also be holding random public drop-in classes at various locations. PLEASE check the class calendar for the latest schedule and location information before you come to class!
Not to worry! Regular classes will start back up in the fall…and if your 3 month punch card is still valid it will be put on hold for you!
